New Classics by Sandy Spring Builders is proud to announce the construction of its new LEED certified model home – the Bradley Green Home.  The Bradley Green Home combines the architecturally rich custom construction that has defined New Classics by Sandy Spring Builders with innovative modular building methods from strategic partner Haven Homes.  Located on Bradley Boulevard near the intersection of Goldsboro Road, the approximately 6,300 square foot home will be completed in under 16 weeks from foundation– half the time of traditional construction techniques.

The home was designed by award-winning Bethesda-based GTM Architects. The shingle style home on Bradley Boulevard has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, three half-baths and three finished levels.

To date, New Classics by Sandy Spring Builders has completed 9 custom modular homes in the DC area; another 12 are planned over the next year. In addition to significantly shorter construction timelines and cost certainty for the homeowner, modular construction delivers numerous clean, green advantages.
