Our homes used precision construction methods to create a significantly tighter building envelope with all exterior penetrations foam sealed both inside and outside the homes.

Our homes have an enhanced insulation package with increased “R-values”, use 2x6 lumber on exterior walls which increases the insulation area by more than 50% compared to traditional construction, and use a “Tuff-n-Dri” waterproof membrane instead of spray on waterproofing.
